Tasty Tools–Gumdrop Cookies

Yes, that’s right, gumdrop cookies. Gumdrop inside of cookies. What a wonderful idea. These cookies are simple, adorable, and taste like being a kid at Christmas. I mean it. One bite and the corners of your mouth will instinctively curl up into a happy little smile. You might even giggle a little. I did. I mean, what could be more fun than gumdrops inside of cookies?

Jaime,Once the cookies have cooled, the gumdrops pretty much return to their original consistency. The cookies are very dense, so they make a great contrast. Enjoy!
