I am a huge fan of mac and cheese. Not the funky, cardboard, powdered cheese kind, but the creamy, gooey, fresh-from-the-oven, homemade kind. I’ve tried several different recipes and this is one of my favorites. So thank you, Miss Paula, for this yummy recipe.

My wife and I always compare our Mac and Cheese. After 5 years I can’t seem to win over any of my children. They always think mom’s mac is better. I think I am going to try your recipe and see how they like yours/mine. If prodded I will give you all the credit, but if not I will rename it “Comandered Cheesy Mac.” Wish me luck!
Ooh! That looks wonderful! I think I’m going to have to try this recipe.
